Ian has a visual memory. If he sees how a word is spelled, he can spell it. I've learned this more succinctly during distance learning. His last group of spelling words, in which he's in the most advance group in his class, are shown below after the spelling assessment. But clearly by this test, he also sounds some out. I knew that but it's just nice to see when tested. He typed all of these words out on his talker without autocorrect of course. There were a couple of words where he hit the key but not hard enough. 2 in particular were for 23. he typed it corespond, which is still wrong but much closer. And also with 6. shavng he typed the i but not hard enough. Pretty impressive still ;)
