Now Ian swings regularly spontaneously and it's fabulous!
Swinging has been included in his many OT exercises for years. Definitely never been a preferred activity, almost always one we need to coerce him into. In July we were at the beach for a "2nd moving to 3rd grade" playdate. While we were leaving he saw some kids on the swing and showed interest so we hung out a bit and waited until they were done.
