Interesting talk about numbers

I have no idea if this has to do with anything but yesterday Ian kept talking about numbers and counting forward and backward by 2's and 3's. He's counted by these numbers before but not randomly. He's also saying things like 6-2's and 12-1's. Not sure what this is about but strange. Also, when we were doing some homework, he blurted out a couple of math answers that he usually doesn't know off the top of his head. Might be a fluke but thought I'd document it.
