Just wanted to document this. Doing research again as his Cardiologist wants to put him on a medication to see if it helps the dilation. We need to read up on it again and prep ourselves.

Looking at Losartan. The lowest dose that might help but not cause him to be unable to live his life as he wants, which of course is up to me to notice if effects him negatively as he won't be able to tell me much if it changes.

Dr. Jackie wants us to start it and come back in 3 months for another Echo to see if it's helped. Alternative, if/when it gets worse is, of course, surgery.

We are going to have another conversation with Dr. Jackie to fully understand where he is on the spectrum of this condition. When we were in the appt, Ian was too distracting for me to take proper notes and fully understand everything.
