Next 24 hours

1. Speak to radiologist to see if tune is broken and piece in abdominal cavity. If this is the case, move forward with surgery now. If so ask Kokorowski about this if possibly connected to surgery. 
2. A conversation needs to happen between Dr. Cynamon, GI, Dr. Borchert, eyes, Dr. McComb. Possibility of waiting 24 hours, doing an enema to clean out his colon and see if that relieves pressure. Dr. B will the eyes/possibility of vision loss be greater if we wait 24 hours. Dr. C and Dr. M thoughts on this plan. Slight chance but worth trying if we can avoid brain surgery. We have to clean him out and get his GI system working anyway. If they all say ok we do it. 
3. If, per Dr. B, more vision damage will occur with little time we go ahead ASAP.
