Brain looks good, but of issue with lungs but moving air well

I We saw my favorite neurosurgeon today and he said overall things look good. His left ventricle was collapsed, which he said wasn't a problem because fluid was still flowing through. And the right was enlarged but not extensively so. Still shaped as it should be. The extra fluid in his spinal column is not of concern to him either. Neither is the Spina Bifida. He did confirm that 1 of every 4 people have it but it's a matter of how it affects the person. And what a difference in how he put it than the other neuro. Dr. Lazareff is so much more respectful, caring and open to discussing any concern I have. He even gives me his cell phone number in case I forget to ask a question. Just an amazing man.

We then headed to CHLA for an appt with the Pulmonologist. Talked about altitude study. Not cool to go any higher than 5k without oxygen. And I asked him what the report had said about a collapsed lung. He confirmed he was moving air quite well but def showed on MRI his right upper lobe was collapsed. Asked me to get another X-ray and he would check in with me after looking.
