Could Ian have a plastic piece in his colon?

Hi Dr. Cynamon,

So great to meet you yesterday! I just put together something that happened yesterday. I gave Ian the Mirlax and the Exlax. Then did an enima. He only had a smidge of BM on his own. She. I was doing the enima, I just realized that what came out was a strange shape. It was almost like a thick ribbon shape. Like maybe something was blocking it from coming out normal shape. Could he have eaten a piece of plastic the day before Easter and it just taken this long for him to move it though his colon? If it's not completely obstructing it?

We had brought a cake to the party. When we came home I had set it down and he had dug his hand in and ate a chunk of it. I can't find a picture of the whole cake it I remember it had some cute little decoration pieces around the bottom of it.  I wish I had a picture of it. I'm going to check with them tomorrow to see if they can tell me. 

I don't understand the gastro system or colon enough to know how that would affect it. I'll call your office later this morning.
