Face rash

Just wanted to note this for my records and this is where I do it. Not sure what this is from. Began a couple weeks ago, was getting better then came back again one day while he was here. That day I had forgotten his lunch so he ate what they had here at UCLA, hot dog (no bun) peas and carrots cooked.

It has come and gone as far as severity. Going to see Dr. Phillips at the  referred by Dr. Gill to do NAET food testing next week. We'll see what she says.
