A conversation with Ian and nang nang is back after a year!

We are working on "total communication" with Ian. To me this can be a
bit confusing but I try to do one at a time; signing, GoTalk or sounds. The later being my first preference of course but no longer my "go to first" tool. As now I can see he's got so much more to communicate than I've been giving him tools to do so.

The consensus is if we give him all ways it will raise them all up a notch. And it seems to be working this far. Hard to wrap my head around. It's taken me a year to figure this out and I'm regretting not
moving over to this sooner.

I just couldn't come to grips with the fact that all sounds, and the few words he had, were gone and would be for so long. Still don't know why but can't dwell on the past. Moving forward is so exciting to
watch!
